My room is decorated in those colors. They look great together. I would think that those colors go best with Autumn because of the cocoa. But the aqua really goes with Summer. So maybe like an August or September wedding would work. That way it is midpoint between Summer and Fall.

It sounds like you want to pick your colors and then pick the time of year to get married. For the most part the warm cocoa would fit the fall and the bold aqua will look fantastic beside such a dark, rich color. Whatever you decide just keep this one thing in mind...choose your favorite colors and your favorite season and go with it. Its your wedding...do it your way no matter what others say. If some you starts giving you lip about fall colors during spring or such nonsense just because its not the way THEY want it inform them they don't have to come. Its not their wedding its your and they can deal with it.

I work in a Roman Catholic Cathedral. I also help assist the priests with weddings. During this time of year I see a variety of different colors. Summer is such a colorful season that many colors will fit for your special day. The most popular colors however are still white, blue (aqua like you mentioned) and orange. It really depends on where you are getting married as well. Is it a church, venue or outside? I hope this helps you decide. Remember...most colors will work for this time of year. Choose whatever looks best for the location.

I think those are beautiful colours and would go well in any season IF you pick a good accent colour! Warm colours (like the cocoa you chose) are perfect for autumn, and aqua's beautiful for spring and summer. If you added a cool colour, like silver as an accent, or changed your aqua to a pale blue, you would have a winter palette! Congratulations, and good luck!

Warm cocoa is associated normally with winter or colder months... combined with aqua makes a beautiful color combination as the colors are contrasting making each one stand out. They would go wonderfully with a December wedding. My preference for wedding colors are white, black, and a deep deep red.

Honestly, no those colors dont really go together. If you really want aqua and brown save if for a fall wedding. I am a huge fan of red and white. It is the symbol for unity in a marriage.
I am a florist and the most beautiful weddings I have seen have been fall colors. It creates a wonderful mood and its so calming. Good luck to you and congrats on your engagement!

I like those colors. They seem like colors for the end of summer, like August, because they aqua is like water, and in the summer months you want to be in the water when its hot. As for the cocoa, August is also the end of summer, and the cocoa represents going into fall.

Ou, it's the classic Tiffany blue and chocolate brown. Works all season long. It's your color and your wedding. So it's your decision. The reason why people call them Spring Wedding Colors or Fall or Summer is to promote the industry even more. Your color looks great! Go with it anytime you want.

Congratulations!!

Those colors look great together!

I'm thinking the best season would be late summer or fall, but there doesn't seem to be any hard fast rule on colors matching the season. Pick what season you'd like to have your wedding in.
