Peanut Butter. Half a jar. Calories 206. Fat 17g. Soidum 80 mg. Potassium 106 mg. Cabohydrate 5g. Protein 9g. Calcium 2% and Iron 2%. Is eating half a jar of peanut butter better than eating 2 slices of pizza for lunch? Note that I want to eat half a jar of peanut butter. Please answer this question only if you are a qualified dietician.

It's better than 2 slices of pizza if you are trying to cut out carbs and stick to a high protein diet.

However, it does have a ton of fat (albiet healthy fats...), not enough protein, and not enough complex carbs.

You can spend that 206 calories MUCH better on a Tuna sandwich on wheat toast, with 2 tbl spoons of peanut butter.
