I had a miscarriage one month ago, I had to have a D&C, they gave me birth control to regulate my period afterwards. I started having sex again two weeks after this. There were a couple of times we didnt use condoms, but he pulled out, however I know that is not 100% effective. The pill I am taking says it starts working after a week of use. But, I have had only minor spotting and almost no cramping, does it sound like I am pregnant again or is that normal for these circumstances? THANKS

you would not feel any preg symps yet, may be sore boobs or something, but not cramping. usually birth control pills takes about 2-3mos to work, so one week is weird. but there is always a chance you could be since i doubt your pills are affective right now anyway. but it is not wise to get preg right after a miscarriage. your body just went thru a lot, so give it a couple mos.

Call your doctors office and tell the nurse what has been going on. Most likely you are fine, it is generally 6 -8 weeks after a miscarriage that you can become pregnant again.

Good luck and sorry for your loss!

you may want to make a doctors appointment because either you could be pregnant or there could be something else going on
