A coworker of mine, sent her vehicle to the shop, sadly someone went to the shop and started shooting and killed the owner, the vehicle got taken by the FBI as evidence, where can she find this vehicle?? What is the 1st step ?

contact the FBI directly or alternatively, find a lawyer to wrte them a legal notice.

She can call the FBI and they should be able to tell her info about the hold on the vehicle. The local PD may also have details or at least give her the local contact number.

Without stating where this occurred, I cannot give you a contact number. However, look for the local listing of your FBI office in the Government pages of your telephone directory.

You can also call the police agency in the jurisdiction of this incident.

They will be able to advise you of the status of your car and all points of investigative contact.

Go down to the local sheriff station and make a report. They will get her in touch with the FBI and what she needs to do.

Call the FBI, explain the situation, ask them where the car is located----------unless the crime is solved they may not give you the info you are looking for.
