No vitamins are going to really help you get rid of acne to the extent that you can actually tell. Heres a few steps to getting rid of it.
1. Use a gentle cleanser like dove or cetaphil skin cleanser. Only do this once or twice a day.
2. Moisturize your skin when it feels dry with a moisturizing cream that states it does not clog your pores.
3. You can get a prescription from your dermotologist for differin which you put on your skin at night it contains adapalene in it. This will help a lot!
4. If you have really bad acne you can also get a prescription for tetrocyclin or something of the sort which will also clear it up.
5. daily sunscreen is also very important because the sun can irritate your skin.

hope this helps

Vitamin E oil is really good for the skin. Just use a pin to pop open the capsule and rub the oil onto a blemish. It helps to heal it quickly and leaves your skin feeling nice and smooth. It seems weird to put oil on your skin but it really does work. If you have serious acne though it won't fully get rid of it, you'll need some Proactiv or something.

Use Proactiv for light to moderate acne. For more severe acne you'll need prescriptions such as Differin Gel or Retin A. I have used both and they worked well. If the acne is very severe then Accutane is usually recommended. I have a friend who used it and it worked wonders for her. It does have some harsh side effects that your doctor can explain to you or you can reseach them on the internet.

Vitamin B complex helps acne. Also taking brewer's yeast. I know a couple of girls in college who took brewer's yeast for acne. It was funny to see the horrible faces they made as they took it (it must taste bad), but after a few weeks, the difference was obvious.

My son uses the clear advantage system by Arbonne and takes a daily supplement - with the following in it. It has helped tremendously (with the regime).

Yellow dock, burdock, sarsaparilla

L-Lysine, zinc, vitamins A, B6
