I went to South, South Texas and tried real traditional Mexican and decided it was so bland and unappitizing that I like the Americanized Burrito with spiced beef and sour cream. I went to NYC and had Real Chinese in Chinatown and vowed to never eat that stuff they serve in the chinese resturants in my hometown again. They call that food??? I am aware that all ethnic foods in this countery are mostly Americanized because they do not have daily access to the ingredients actually used in the home country.The best soul food I ever had was at Bob The Chef's in Boston and not anywhere in the south. I think I like everything but traditional (day to day) fare of Britian and Germany. Eating the home cooking in those two countries can be gross. I won't eat some exotic things like nuts and guts, snails, squid, dog, and a lot of things from rural America and the rest of the World. My favorite food is a Gimaldi's Pizza at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge in NYC. Even much much better than a Chicago Deep Dish.

I love Mexican food, I think it's the cheese that makes it so good.
My all-time favorite food would have to be a hot dog.

I am from louisiana so cajun food is a go with me.I eat a variety of different foods.Chinese,Mexican,Cajun,and soul food,its all good.Its about the flavor in the food---right?

i think beans r one of my all time favorites, u can do a million things with them, all types, but pintos r my favorite bean. as far as other ethnicities food i loooove greek food

Boneless hot wings are my favorite, but I love mexican food, not super greasy though, kinda fresh mex style.
