maybe these "murderers" are doing gods work. how can you make blanket statements to judge what you don't know. Would the devil not corrupt the system? Would he not use all manner of people for devious ends? Not just what you view as poor people and criminals. Would these dregs of society not be Jesus' people. Just as before of those persecuted under the Romans. Becareful what you say and err on the side of compassion and restraint. Do not judge and press vindictivness nor use gods name. this is the way.

No,they are doing the work that God has commissioned and entrusted to them to carry out.
Romans 13:1 Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities , for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.

God is pleased when someone shoots a murderer. What he don't understand is why everyone doesn't shoot themselves. The idea that god loves us is plain stupidity. With a god like Jesus who needs the Devil?

In a manner of speaking, yes. God gave man the authority to govern himself in Genesis 9.

No. First of all if God wanted them dead, they would be dead, he doesn't need the police to do his work. Second, taking someones life is wrong for any reason. Ask just about any cop that has had to kill someone, and they will tell you that they are not proud of it and would have rather avoided it if possible.

Only if they have somehow received a mandate with an official God Stamp that authorizes them to kill in His name.
And I don't think that's coming through anytime soon.
That's why we have temporal laws, so that no man takes it upon himself to act as judge and jury and executioner.

I thought God wanted people not to kill *anybody.* So why is it okay for the police to murder the murderers?
(This is more of a rhetorical answer. I hate criminal murderers as much as anybody.)

What about if they shoot the wrong person, an innocent person they think is a murderer but it really isn't?

No, in fact if you believe the bible, that assumption is blasphemy. God does not fail to do anything.

Why bother creating people in the first place if we were not good for doing anything? Any good leader delegates authority.
