I need a good credit card (low interest) that I can use now before I receive it in the mail. I am remodeling a house and have sold my previous house, but need money to finsh the remodeling before I get the profit from my previous house. Any suggestions from anyone, does anyone know about any credit cards that you can use before you receive your card? I need help soon! Thanks.

Many of the big companies such as Capital One, MBNA and Household Bank should allow you to use the card before it arrives in the mail if you are approved online through their online instant approval. I have done this in the past with I believe it was Capital One. This is no different than going to a department store and making a large purchase and then applying for credit and them allowing you to use your newly established credit account for your new purchases. If you are looking to buy building/remodeling materials you can also simply go to Home Depot or Lowes and apply for credit there and they will let you use your new credit on the spot as well. Good luck and hope that information helps you out.

There is no such thing as a good credit card!!!

And no such thing as a low interest credit card!

Sure, some will start with initial low interest rates, but be one day late with the payment, and your interest shoots up to 25% or higher.

Get a loan, it is cheaper, and it will not suck you into debt as badly as credit card!
