No. You should ask that girl if she would like to go to the movies or something like that. If she agrees, you can always smile and bring it up in conversation. You want her to go out with you because she likes you, not because she feels sorry for a guy that had a crush on her in middle school.

You should tell her that you have a crush on her. But maybe not that you have had this crush for many years. She will wonder why you didn't tell her sooner, and if she doesn't like you in return, might find it a bit creepy (no offence intended, just speaking honestly).
If she does like you in return, you can tell her later in the relationship that you liked her from the start, and then she will find it very sweet.

First you should find out how she feels about you. If she does not have the same feelings for you as you do for her...you will turn out to be like a brother to her...if that is fine with you then you will have a beat female friend for life...realize one thing if you cross the line you may and I say may ruin a good friendship...but if she has the same feelings for you...then your good. So really you have nothing to lose but the time you spend wondering if you should tell her or not...So go for it put your heart out there...

Yes because if you don't then years will go by and she'll eventually settle down into a serious relationship and possibly even marry. Then you'll be kicking yourself for not telling her how you felt sooner. What do you have to lose? That way, you'll know if she's worth pursuing, or you can move on to someone else.

I do not see any harm in telling her. She may not feel the same, but at least you would have it off your chest and maybe some closure. Who knows it could lead to something good!!! I would definitely advise that you tell her in a 'light' way, so that if you two are friends you can still remain friends.

How many lives do you have to live? Most of us have only 1, therefore since you're only going to live once wouldn't it be nice to know if she feels the same way?

You should go with your heart and tell her..if you dont you would just wonder..what if I told her..would things be different..And if things dont turn out the right way at least you tried and you can say that much..but you wont no unless ya try!

I actually would not, unless you are in an intimate relationship with her. It's the instinctual man vs woman, in her head even if she doesn't say so, she would perceive it as weak. You need to show interest NOW and then if it develops, you can spill the beans and it would strengthen the relationship.
