I am trying to get a good "swimsuit" body. I need help evening out my obliques. Any good workouts/diets that are good? Anyone else with this problem?

do you have anyway to stand in between to bars or shelves that can hold your weight? if so put an elbow and forearm on the bar or shelf. Let yourself hangfrom your elbow/forearm and lift yourself back up. This will burn your O's like you wont believe. Or lie on your back upside down(at an angle of course) and put 25 lb plates one in each hand outstretch your arms and lift them. Being you are upside down your' o"s will do most of the work.

leg lifts to the left and right should do the trick 3 sets 10 each side to start once you get good at that go to 15 then 20 and so on
