i eat a breakfast of 300 calories
my snacks are about 200

and i don't know how many calories is in my lunch and dinner that my mom makes. and i am counting cal.-is it just like a portions thing, like i know its difficult to calculate, but what size would the plate have to be for it to eaqual 200 cal.-like a plate of home made raviolli, some things like that.

sorry i am not exact but please try your best to answer this question, it is my only problem in my diet!!! thank you so much :) oh and i run 2 miles a day (sometimes not on weekends, and i am not over weight, just want to be more healthier) thanks again :)

portion control is key in counting calories. even low calorie foods can add up if you eat too much. this site can help you figure out what portion is.

Try not to think of this as a "plate or bowl full" but rather in cups, like measuring cup. Look on the pasta package for portion and calories. You can do that for everything you eat and drink. Do you google? You should. You could have a neat little thing on your desk top for just this type of thing. No adds no clutter like some other sites [clears thoat].
