Read Matthew chapter 1 and Luke chapter 1. It is clear that the Father of Jesus Christ was God, and his mother was Mary, a human being. Thus Christ was fully God and fully human. You are right, Christians worship a man, but that man is also God.

I worship God, not man. Jesus Christ was God in the flesh, the son of God. I come from a pentecostal background and am a firm believer in oneness. There is one supreme God and Jesus, God and the Holy Spirit are all that one supreme God.

Your question has to do with the identity of Jesus. Jesus was born and lived and died and clearly was and is a man. And yet the one who worships God should not worship a man. That's a good question actually.
The Christian faith acknowledges that Jesus truly was man, but also that He was so much more. Christianity believes that Jesus was God incarnate, meaning, that God became a man in Jesus Christ. Jesus is both God and man. Thus when we worship him, we do not worship a man but God himself. Related to this belief is the Christian doctrine of the trinity. Christians believe in one God, but that God exists eternally in three persons, Father, Son (Jesus) and Holy Spirit. God is not three, but One, but He is three persons. We have sought to describe this in the language of one in essence and triune in person. That is not to say that God has three personalities, but that he is three persons.
These beliefs are paradoxical in that they explain the way the Bible speaks about God, but they exceed our human ability to fully comprehend them.
Christians do not worship a man, we worship Jesus, the second person of the Godhead.
We believe that God became a man in order to redeem us. As a human who lived a life that was fully pleasing before God His Father, Jesus was uniquely qualified to offer His life as a sacrifice for our sins. As a human, Jesus died so that other humans who believe in Him might be forgiven and accepted by God. If Jesus had not died for our sins, our sins would still be counted against us and we could not be forgiven. Because Jesus died for our sins, they are no longer counted against us and we are completely forgiven.
That's a bit of the larger picture of the Christian belief system.

I think you are referring to Jesus living the life of a man and at the same time being 100% God. Yeah it's a difficult concept, but it makes sense and is true. See Jesus has always been. Even from the beginning, He was in Heaven. We know this because the Trinity has always existed. In Genesis God says "Let US make man in OUR image...." The Son (Jesus) of the Trinity rescued man by manifesting Himself in the natural so that He would live a perfect, sinless life, and shed His own stainless blood, so that it would constitute a perfect sacrifice before the Father. Jesus knew He was God, even from His youth. Jesus was fully man, yet fully God at the same time for Us so that we would not have to go to hell.

Christian = Christ like or, follower of Christ.
Jesus "the Christ" Emanuel, "God with Us"
Jehovah "THE LORD GOD"
I believe kind sir you have Christan's confused with Muslims, or buddest, or a cult. Christians Worship God, the one and only. Please try to get your facts straight. Oh by the way what do you worship? Environmentalism, tree worship, your phone, your car, your money, what?
