Cetaphil Normal to Oily skin cleanser and Paula's Choice BHA 2%. Sometimes Nelson's Acne Gel (you can get this at Health Food Stores for about $6 as it is a British brand) and/or Nelson's Tea Tree Cream.

Well, if you get one DO NOT pop it! And to treat it, I use Clean & Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment! It's in a little silver tube with a purple cap and it's a MIRACLE worker! In one day the zit is almost gone! You can get it at Target, Wal Mart, Drug Emporium, umm, pretty much anywhere! lol!

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

Neutrogena's On-the-Spot Acne Treatment. It works very quickly, and it's a cream, so you can even wear it under makeup. I've probably tried 50 different products, and this is THE best. I usually see results overnight.

Your dermatologist can prescribe Tretinoin/Tretinoid. This is a topical derivative of Vitamin A and it's effective at diminishing and erasing dark spots. It’s the best product against acne.

Proactive is good. They have a "mask" that you can use as a spot treatment that works pretty well.
