There's more than a month wait for her to interview at the American consulate and probably still a wait for the visa. My state allows proxy marriage, or I could marry her in Switzerland and try to bring her here... Would any of that help? (I'm a US citizen.) Ultimately I'll want to get her a spouse visa, but for now I'd just like to get her here in July.

Well we researched it....For my husband and I, the fastest way was him coming here with a tourist visa.....We got married, and then I petitioned him....Please check with INS, this was about 4 years ago....I don't know if this might have changed....One last thing, she cannot leave the country while her application is pending, or she will not be allowed back in for 10 years....Best of luck...

Well, does she want to move to the US at all?

If married, you may choose the country of residence between Switzerland, Korea and the US...

In fact, I don't see any problems at all - if wanting to live in the US it probably is the easiest to have her travelling to the US with a tourist visa but all the necessary papers for a marriage.

If choosing to marry in Switzerland (very romantic) the US embassy in Switzerland would give you all assistance necessary (see link).

The K1 fiancee visa takes just a few months. She can come here within a few months. Then you have like 3 months to get married afterwards. If you marry her over there, it's a different kind of visa and can take like a year or more.
