Casually tell him about it start by going"oh,I had a weird dream ". You may wanna tell him b/c if by some chance that by a strange twist of fate it does happen you are gonna feel guilty for and hold yourself accountable for it. Strange things do happen and I do believe in Precognitive (psychic) dreams b/c it runs in my family. So basically you never know but I mean I doubt you are ready to take the burden if something does happen to him.better to be safe than sorry.
Prognitive dreams sometimes appear as warning dreams(thats what happens in my family's situation). So you can basically change and altar things before bad things happen.
and as for dream analysis....
To see lightening means sudden awareness,purification and insight.Alternatively, lightening may imply a shocking turn of events. It suggests the many forces governing your life which may be beyond your control---Are you feeling that way concerning a situation with someone close or particularly that friend?

Dreams are not a way to see into the future. You probably are angry inside yourself somewhere at that friend. You also are probably attached to them. You are scared that (s)he and you will not work out your problem before it's to late. Just do something together and resolve any conflicts.

I would. Being struck by lightining means that God has spoken judgement against you. And being struck by lighting is identified that the way this person will die is by the divine judgement of God. If God gave you the dream, then He gave it you because your friend might listen to you. Sometimes, God speaks to people in their dreams and visions, but they sometimes can discern it. But if He speaks to somebody they know, it is confirmation to them that are the visions, warnings, and dreams are from God.

Is he in the habit of being careless? If he is taking foolish risks, by all means tell him that his behavior gives you nightmares and you wish he'd quit.
But, if there's nothing risky about his behavior, why worry him about things over which he has no control (your dreams, his own future)?

if you believe in meaning of dreams then you can tell him light hearted and caring way that you are slightly worried for him/her so he/she takes care when its lightening.it could be your worry for your friend which has caused this dream.

I've had strange dreams about my friends. I would always tell them, "I had the strangest dream about you" and tell them what I dreamt. True friends don't keep secrets. So if this friend of yours doesnt matter, then dont worry about it.

i think you might have issues with your friend so search yourself first then tell your friend not to golf
