How I long to soothe that pain
And bridge the gaps that separate.
Such a sweet and caring heart
To come out of all that hate.
I would gladly take her pain
But all I can do is care.
All I am able to do for her
Is listen and be there.
Do we ever know the harm we cause
By our selfish and unthinking acts?
When will we reallize we are not alone.
We are connected face the facts.
She is loving caring heart
Too precious to be treated this way.
Why can they not see the truth?
Their selfishness has pushed her away.
If you are reading this.
I think you will now who you are.
Be who you are no matter their hate.
Shine as a loving star.
You are as sweet as the fragrant flower.
You have as your name.
So be yourself dear Jasmine.
And put them all to shame.
