I love the Lord Jesus Christ.
He saved me when I was at my lowest, and feeling hateful towards God.
He caused me to be born again by speaking a simple word into my heart.
With that simple word "Maybe Jesus really did die for your sins", my life was forever changed, and I have lived now in the peace of God for over 36 years.
He continues to work in my life, and gives me victory over sin, self, Satan and the world.
He is everything delightful to me. I only wish I could be more successful to communicating that to others, so many others still in darkness.
Peace to you!

True faith and believing in the Jesus gives meaning to life. Otherwise we live for ourselves.....piling sin on top of sin. Living for Him is .....by faith. Then doing His commandments, serving others, loving others, etc, too much to write....glorifying Him with your life. But it is not gaining heaven by works.
You need to receive Christ as you Lord and Savior first.
Sorry i want to write more but i'm tired.

my faith is based upon my personal testimony.
When i was 15 I was very strongly involved in satanic worship and black magic.
I was invited to church, and "all hell broke loose" when i prayed a prayer, after a long (and i meen VERY long) period of deliverance ministry, i was set totally free from torment by demonic influence, and now live a life filled with joy and not fear, and that is all because of my saviour, Jesus
above and beyond that, i'm assured of a place in heaven.
even if im wrong (and i'm not) i've led a good and moral life, and helped others to do the same.

Suffer the little children and forbid them not to come unto me,for (of such is the Kingdom of Heaven). Just as a child is trusting and dependent on its Mother and Father for its survival,so should we be with God.God forgive me, but I sometimes want to help Him out.He does not need anything from me but an empty vessel to fill. The more empty of self that we are the greater His presence will be in us.

That's a big assignment! The Bible says -" Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." The book of Hebrews chap.11 is full of men/women of faith. I pray often, "Lord I believe, help Thou my unbelief."

Wishful thinking and delusion.
Religions push faith so much because it is the only thing left to them. They have no real evidence for any of their claims. So, they rely on emotional pulls and tell everybody to just believe. Unfortunately, this works well because humans have been emotional animals for far longer than rational ones.

Throughout history there have been thousands of " one true Gods". They come and they go. The Christian one has been around for two thousand years. That's somewhat less than average. He's about ready to " fold up his tent like the Arabs, and silently steal away ".

To me, it means having surrendered the ability to think, in favor of superstitious nonsense.
