Well maybe he's just nervous, or affraid of saying how he feels. If this is your first boyfriend and you his first girlfriend, maybe he's just having trouble saying the words, maybe he's nervous that you won't say it back, it's easier for someone to say how they feel in an email or instant message or text. It could be he's nervous to say "i love you" with his friends around, some guys turn into macho mode and don't want their buddies to tease them. But I don't think he doesn't love you, so don't give up on him or think other about it. If you want to talk, email me and I'll get back to you, I am a great listener, well at least according to my friends I am.

I understand what you mean. It baffles me, but I've seen it personally. I can only comment from the guy perspective, so it may not be completely unbiased. A lot of guys, especially guys that were married for a long time, just ain't good at being single. My best friend has been divorced 5 years, owns his own business, has a vacation place for weekends, owns a nice boat, is in great physical shape, is good looking, and no good with women. He could fall into a barrel of breasts, and he'd come out sucking his thumb. And he's smart, friendly, easy going, and enjoys life. But, no good at women. He meets women, he likes women, but he's blowing every relationship. Why? Heck, the person that figures that out will have the gratitude of millions. LOL

How old is this guy ? It sounds to me like he's not in love with you no more, but he dosen't want to let go either I think he see's you more as a friend. Either that or he is just very imature but what ever way i think you need to both sit down and have a long hard chat with each other about your relationship. xx

If he cared about you he would let you know. He's just not that into you. It sucks to realize that or even to hear it. I think you need to move on and find someone that can show you and tell you how he really feel. Leaving you confussed is selfish and inconsiderate on his part. You deserve to know how someone feels about you.

He sounds very shy and insecure. Try to sit him down over a cup of coffee and let him express his feeling. He may have a lot of issues that you are not aware of. Try to help him come out of his shell and he will love you for it.
Good luck.

I think ur relationship primitive. Dwelve more in to that. Ask him many questions. try to find what interests him. do little stupid acts. pretend that u get hurt. hold his hand for more time than normal observe his reactions. u will get answer.

He may not be upset with you. He may be dealing with a serious internal struggle. He may be having worries or concern that are unrealted to you. In American culture we paint men out to be dumb and single minded.(but we are actually not....) Tell him how you feel and about your perceptions and ask him to partner with you on how to get closure concerning this issue
