thanks for your thoughts and answers. and to some polisci major..you're right not to care about Paris herself, but the concern here is that the judicial system has failed again.

Totally unshocked.
I did take a second to email the LA county jail folks to inform them they were a bunch of hypocrits and that I hoped the current crop of inmates rioted and tore the jail to pieces over the total double standard.

I'm not shocked at all... she was in jail for 3 days and she already has "medical problems" aka she cried too much

Everyone can do that, but you need a legal medical officer to proof that. She will probably need to serve her remaining sentence after medically proof that she is healthy to continue in jail.

Yeah i am not shocked at all. She is rich which means she has tons of high priced excellent lawyers. I knew she would get house arrest instead.

i predicted that before she turned herself in im just surprized she lasted as long as she did i expected some bogus excuse the next morning.
