I have had 8 items removed from my credit that were at the point that they were either more than 7 years old or the company was no longer in business and there wasn't anyone to confirm the debt with. I wrote the credit reporting agencies a letter to get these removed. And now i am at the point where i am wondering how long it will take before my credit scrore starts to climb UP because of this. I still have stuff on that i am making payments on, I am just wondering when my credit will start to benefit from this.

It should reflect as soon as the credit bureaus update their reports.

Unfortunately, your score will not increase just because negative items have been removed or have fallen off your report.
The only two factors that raise your credit score are 1) paying your bills on time and 2) reducing your debt ratio.
To raise your scores, do both of the above and then it will start to climb.
Good luck!

Sometimes it can take up to 30-90 days for them to be removed from your credit report.. and when they are most of the time your score will go up right after they are removed..
