At 10 months I think she's too old for an accident. If you've ruled out medical problems, it sounds like protest.
Protest against what? That's more difficult. Some (of many) possibilities:
The litterbox is very dirty
You replaced the litterbox
You change litter type
You suddenly stopped spending time with her
You changed your daily routine
You changed the rules (e.g. she can't sleep on the bed)
She's scared of the dog
She's scared of something outside
She doesn't like summer
You also peed in the bed and she's competing for territory marking

There could be a couple of reasons.
My sister's cat used to pee on my bed when my boyfriend (now husband) stayed overnight. He was trying to show us that he didn't like having to share his attention with my husband. Your cat may be acting out and trying to tell you something that he is upset about. I used to have to keep my sister's cat out of my room when he came over (and then the cat would pee on the couch or shred paper outside my door. He had issues).
Also, sometimes cats pee if there litter boxes aren't spotless, my rabbit does that.
Are there any other things that your cat is doing that are unusual, such as hiding or not eating? If so, your cat may be sick and is trying to tell you that by urinating. If there are other signs he is sick it may mean that he should see a vet.

Could be a lot of things.
She could be mad at you for something. My cats do similar things when the litter is dirty.
She could be sick. Some bladder infections cause them to lose control of thier bladder.
Maybe she didnt have time to get to the litter.
Just watch her. If she does it again, maybe take her to the vet.

pissed in your bed?
That cat would become an outside cat.
My friend's parents used to have two cats, dubbed "bad cat" and "good cat". "Bad cat" got his name from numerous times peeing on the carpet, right in front of his owner and right in the same room as his clean litter box. That cat spent the rest of it's life outside.

Often times, pets such as your cat will pee when their owners abuse them. It may aso be caused by over filling the water dish and the cat drinking too much. Or maybe your cat is just stupid or something.

Did you change brands of cat litter? My vet had said this is one reason cats go to the bathroom in other places. She also might have a UTI and can't control her bladder. You need to check with your vet.

She's trying to tell you she's mad or she's sick. take her to the vet to rule out a urinary tract infection. If she's ok, then you've got to look around. Was her food bowl empty? Was she out of water? Were you sleeping later than usual? You may have to lock her out of the room to stop the behavior.
Good luck! :)

Most likely to mark her territory. Try washing your sheets and then using an enzyme spray you can get at Petco or PetsMart. Hope I helped!

I had a cat do that once along with placing some dried up feces at my feet. It was because her litter box needed cleaning. That's where she got the feces
