Breastfeeding = Enjoyment of giving, sharing.

You may want to share your happiness or things with people. Projecting yourself in a breastfeeding situation could symbolize how much you want people to share what you have and what you experienced. Even though you do not have kids, your subconscious mind may think that is the way to tell yourself that you may be seeking for closed attention especially when you are sharing stuff.

this dream could stem from the fact that you want kids. i think that you don't dream about the pregnancy because you are so sure you are going to have kids that you dream about them already being born and alive. with pregnancy there is anticipation and the baby isn't there yet, but you dream about a live baby, so you perhaps have a lot of confidence that it is going to happen and you are going to have a healthy baby. hope this helps!
