SMILE AND YOU EVENTUALLY YOU WILL FEEL HAPPIER. PAMPER YOURSELF, PAINT YOUR NAILS, DO A FACIAL, SOAK IN THE BATH, LISTEN TO A SONG THAT YOU LOVE. LISTEN TO IT LOUD!

AND REMEMBER YOU'RE NOT UGLY!

:D

Do something which will take your mind off your looks, and focus it on something else. Doing things with other people certainly helps, because you will be concentrating on them.

Also, remember that these feelings too will pass. Everybody has days like this, but you will be feeling different tomorrow. Remind yourself of things you like about yourself. Even so-called 'ugly imperfections' can be seen as cute etc.

What you think is ugly, might well be VERY attractive to someone else.

Aww. I hate those days. Surround yourself with friends, family, anybody who makes you feel loved. Go shopping and buy something that you love the way you look in (temporary fix, but I think that's all you need). Then go get some ice cream or "fun" food. Before you know if you'll feel like your old self. And by the way, you look adorable to me :) Feel better and enjoy your day!!!!!

(Just read the other responses and if all else fails, angrywmn14's advice also may do the trick. In fact try it first!!)

This'll sound weird and try it anyway. Look up, that is higher than your head. Thin kabout all the people and things that you love and all the beautiful places you've enver been, do it for 10 minutes then notice yourself in a mirror. You're the common link between all that love and beauty. Appreciate it!

What do you mean you feel ugly? If people are ugly, they look ugly.
Did you look ugly yesterday? How can your level of ugliness change so drastically from day to day?

Get a grip and stop worrying about it, there are so many more important things in life than this. And stop watching so much television.

Try to smile :) Call a friend. Take a walk if it's a nice day where you are...that gets your endorphins going and makes you feel better because you're doing something good for your body! Or take the time to cook yourself something wholesome and relax with a good movie. When you feel this way, it's time to be good to yourself!

Stay away from chocolate, models and mirrors. It will pass. I face the same trauma several times a week, but my partner insists that I'm cute. Be happy and keep going :)
