God has helped me so much through my life. No... when i prayed for him to get me that amazing barbie, he did not get me it. But he has given me so much needed hope and faith in my life. It doesnt matter what religion you are in, in ways i think religions are all inter-related and none of them are wrong. But now there are so many people who think God is pure Bogus. I feel sorry for them. They must feel very alone sometimes. I am never alone. God always watches over me. We should not blame him for the cruelty in the world. We cause that. Humans never take the blame for anything. God cannot control us, only influence us. We should not blame God for deaths, God doesnt see death as a bad thing and neither should we. Death is a part of life. But why do we find so many people who hate religion nower days! It isnt the good religios people who start wars, it is the corrupt people who claim to be religious but realy dont know much about the kindness and love that true relgion consists of.

I use logic in the pursuit of truth, not emotion. Truth is an inherantly logical determination, and as such feeling good about a thing does not make it true.
As such, faith is not a possible conclusion for me.

Because we know better.
Nobody can prove any gods, much less a specific god, exist; many people will tell you their god exists but no others, but will never be able to prove it, even if they think so. Some will threaten you with eternal pain or promise eternal joy to get you to believe in their god; these are all stories, created for people who were scared long before we understood the universe. Now we have no more reason for these superstitions.

As I have said many times before...it is not God that people reject...it is religion. They are two very different things. I too, have a very personal relationship with God and I agree that it is wonderful. God Bless..even though I know he already has and does.

I have faith...just not in your God. Do I believe he exists? Sure. But I don't believe in his messages a lot of the time. I believe all Gods exist. I just like mine better.

Some need to acknowledge a god for their own personal sanity, to make life make sense. Others of us need to acknowledge reality for the same reason. Your way works for you, my way works for me, we should have no conflict, right?

I have faith. But this world has become "instant", from food to entertainment. This is why I believe drugs are so popular... fix the problem instantly. Without faith, it is impossible to please God.
