I do not have a SS# i do have an ITIN I have been living in the U.S. for 16 yrs. First of all before anyone insults me I was brought by my mother it was not an option at my age. Now back to my question is there anyway around the system as far as receiving my DL without a social security number? I really need to have this to get to college guys help Me PLZ!!

Sorry about what you are going tough, unfortunately most states will not issue a drivers license to an illegal person. Now about the international license you can try that but I have heard that if you are stop by police they simply rip the license because they say that its not valid.
You might want to find out about Maryland I heard they issue drivers license if you provide your passport and utility bill. Good Luck.
And for all the ones that are saying " why don't you become legal then" The point is he cant- that's why many immigrants need the law changed..

It just depends what state you live in. Some don't ask for a SS #.
If you live in a state that requires a SS #, there's nothing that anyone can do to help you.
I would recommend going to see a good immigration lawyer, you should have done something about your "illegal" status already. You've been here 16 years and there's a good chance they will be able to help.

It's comical to read all the answers people have been given you!! Just because you were born somewhere else they are talking to you like a criminal! How naive they can be! This kind of talk reminds me of slavery!! when the blacks had no rights because they were slaves!!
Guess what that was years ago and it's sad to see that it's another race that has to deal with it all over again!! Just because you were born here doesn't mean this is your country and your laws!! Do you think this country belongs to you?? What about Timothy McVeigh? Do you think because he was born here this country was his? I don't think so!!!
My advice to you is to get a fake ID until America realizes immigrants are humans too and they can finally authorize citizenship for immigrants!

Sorry, I can't help you, nor would I if I could. You are breaking the laws of my country, and you are asking for someone to help you break even more of those laws. You shouldn't be here. You shouldn't be in our schools, letting the taxpayers of our country pay for your education through our taxes. Why don't you see about getting legal status, instead of begging for ways to "get around the system"?

You are considered an illegal alien. You may attend some colleges but you can not get any financial aid. You will most likely have to pay cash to take a college course.
Can you get a library card, Auto club card or high school ID?

you should be able to get an international DL from your home country. they are gud for 6 months in the USA
