when I stand there are a really painful burning feeling I can't do anything that puts pressure on my back o can't turn bend or do any activities

Maybe you should get that checked out. If you did a really strenuous activity not too long ago, you could've pulled something, or injured something in your lower back. You should visit the doctor to make sure it's not something serious or it could get worse. To manage the pain just take something like asprin or ibuprofen, and try to rest. Hope this helps! :)

I would almost guess you have a pinched nerve, in which case a chiropractor might help but, I would rather consult a doctor first, this is where the chiropractor is going to send you if you have a serious problem.
Your going to need X-Rays at the least, maybe CAT's or MRI's if it's serious and it sounds like it is.
I've had surgery on my back now twelve times but, I have arthritis in the severe degenerative stages and there's no help for me. I have serious damage to the nerves.
This is nothing to take lightly, if you have damage your only making it worse by waiting.

A "burning" sensation is nerve pain. You should see a chiropractor (one who staffs a massage therapist). They can help alleviate the pressure being put on the nerve.

Consult a chiropractor-I have back and neck problems and my chiropractor helps a lot!

i hav this similar problem but i think i have something wrong with my back because of my kness. this might jus b from tiredness and stress. you might b putting ur back under strain mayb by carrying a bag
