The pain is very severe and throbbing it also feels like its my skull, from all the pain my eye lids begin to close to try to relieve it. Which becomes very dangerous especially while driving!! I thought it might be lack of sleep however, thats not the case. I 'm also a migraine patient however, I'll get these pains behind my eyes but I wont have a migraine and now these pains will cause my migraines to come. I took an eye exam and my vision is perfect, I'm really starting to worry if this is something serious. Any advice?

Erk...

I suggest you get that looked at already! It could be a number of things, including an aneurysm or tumor.

If you have not had a physical exam in a while, make an appointment with your medical doctor for a comprehensive exam. Make a list of all your symptoms and bring the reports of any recent tests you've had. Ask the ordering physicians for copies of the test results, You may have to sign a release, but they must give you copies of the tests. It's the law. Since you've ruled out most ophthalmic problems, hopefully your medical doctor will find a simple physical problem that is causing the pain. It could also be stress, which can produce all kinds of strange pains and symptoms. I hope you find a cure for your discomfort soon.

You should consider asking your doctor to do an x-ray if it's sinusitis and a Brain CT Scan. That should show the doc what the cause of your pain is. These tests don't hurt and only take a few minutes...
Good luck,
