How do you strain your hair? I'm not quite sure what that means.

I don't strain my hair as much as I used to because I'm trying to get to the state of purely naturalized hair...but I would say try using a leave in conditioner like Parnevu, they have different ones according to hair texture. If you use hair gels...make sure your using one that is light and not too heavy on the hair because it can cause breakage and stop your hair from growing.

the best thing to do is leave your hair alone, give it a brake, condition well and spend sometime in the sun. your hair probably needs a vacation more than you do
