It doesn't.
"S'il vous plait" is the polite, "s'il te plait" the familiar translation.
If you want something very much, and don't mind a bit of groveling you might also say "je vous en prie" or " je t'en prie".

quortnie is right, the first person is wrong. That's spanish. And no, it doesn't have to start with a "p" English is all wacky. French and Spanish have latin roots

Do you mean the verb TO please? If that is the case, the translation is "plaire".
If you mean just "please", the translation is "s'il vous plaît" or "s'il te plaît".

First of all...por favor is SPANISH, not French. Second, the answer is s'il vous plaîtes. (the î is ALT+0238 in case you needed to type it) so I guess the answer you're looking for is plaîtes.
