A Boston shake is fantastic. Unfortunately, I haven't had one in many years.
For anyone who hasn't had the pleasure, a Boston shake is a chocolate shake with a chocolate sundae on top of it.

Friendlys makes a Reeses Peanut butter cup sundae. I get it with vanilla ice cream, and they put peanut butter syrup and hot fudge on it and stick a whole peanut butter cup on top.

Dairy Queen Pecan Mudslide with extra pecans, extra sauce...yum yum! Only once a year though...this could get fattening!
