There is no station at Bourton on the Water. There are also no direct services from Swansea to the Cotswolds, cross country services having been cut back in Wales several years ago.. I'm not sure that cross country even serves Cardiff these days. You need to catch a First Great Western service from Swansea and change at Bristol Parkway on to a service stopping at Cheltenham. Alternatively, there are direct services from Swansea to Hereford provided by Arriva Trains Wales. At Hereford you could change on to services which stop at places like Malvern and Evesham. The final alternative (and a long way round) would be to catch a First Great Western service from Swansea stopping and Swindon, and change there for a Swindon-Gloucester service which serve towns like Stroud and Kemble. You really need to look at a site such as www.thetrainline.co.uk and search for various options for services from Swansea to places such as I mention. That will give you times, the number of changes and fare options.

Not directly, you'd probably have to change in Birmingham.
