A careful reading, and understanding, of Genesis 1 and 2,
leads me to believe that Genesis 1 describes the creation of humankind out of nothing but God's spoken word. Genesis 2 says Adam was "formed" (not created) from the dust of the earth because there was no man to till the soil. The other dark-skinned races were hunter-gathers, not farmers.
The very name Adam give us more clues about his complexion. His name means "ruddy" or "able to show blood in the face", in others word the Adamic race can blush.
We also know that Cain took a wife from the land of Nod which proves there were other races of people on the earth. The idea that Cain married his sister is ridiculous.
As for the theory that ALL mankind decended from Noah, it is biologically impossible. The earth was destroyed by the flood expressly because the Adamites had intermarried with other races. Noah and his family were the only pure Adamites left . The only explanation that makes sense to me is that the other pure races were spared because they were not part of the transgression. Where there is no law, there is no sin so God did not destroy them. God said ten times "kind after kind". A white Adamic couple cannot produce other races of people. The flood was only to punish the guilty.

They had other children as well, but Caine and Abel are the two that were illustrated the most. Genesis 4:25 says "Adam lay with his wife again, and she gave birth to a son and named him Seth..." Caine, after killing Abel went into the land of Nod, and slept with his wife, had kids, etc. Caine married his sister, or at the least, a close cousin. Yes, it was incestuous, but there had to be someone to start off the human race, and that was how it happened.

After Cain killed Abel, Seth was born. The bible also says that Adam and Eve had many other sons and daughters.
Adam and Eve's children intermarried.

Genesis 4:17 says, "Cain lay with his wife, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Enoch." Who was his wife? It is implied in the biblical text that Cain married one of his sisters. Several facts lead us to this conclusion.
First, it is clear that Adam and Eve had a number of children. Genesis 5:4 says, "After Seth was born, Adam lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters." Since Adam and Eve were the first man and woman, and since God had commanded them (and their descendants) to be fruitful and multiply (Genesis 1:28), it seems reasonable to conclude that Cain married one of his many sisters. It is also possible that he married a niece or even a grandniece.
One must keep in mind that in the early years of the human race there were no genetic defects that had yet developed as a result of the fall of man. By the time of Abraham, God had not yet declared this kind of marriage to be contrary to His will (see Genesis 20:12). Laws governing incest apparently did not become enacted until the time of Moses (Lev 18:7-17; 20:11,12,14,17,20,21). Hence, there was no prohibition regarding marrying a sister (or niece or grandniece) in the days of Cain.

After Cain killed Abel, and was banished from the sight of men, Adam and Eve had other children, not to mention that if you read a bit further, there were other people on earth. Most notably, the "daughters of men."

Also, if you read the bible it says that Caine was sent to other villages (or banished). The story only focuses on the first family, but not the second to the infinite family.
Obviously the second man that God made would be less important.
PS: don't be so literal.

If you continue to read, the Bible specifically states that Adam and Eve had other children, and tracks the next 10 generations of them. It is in Genesis chapter 5 if you would like to read it.

They supposedly had more children than just Caine and Able. If you read further on in the bible it talks of their sons and daughters. If you believe the bible, we are all products of incest.
