They're pretty much the leading sites for youth ministry info, there's probably links to other sites from there. I'm not sure if they're exactly what you're looking for but they'll give you a starting point.

Yeah, are's is called eXodus Project, are sight is on myspace. Just do a name search for River Falls and a pic of are exodus logo should come up (it's exodus with a guy as the X)
