Basically, I was threatened & bullied yesterday by my supervisor saying that if I don't take my full hour lunch that she will take away my flexi time. I don't have to take a full hour lunch because in my contract it states nothing of the sort. I work full time and I am constantly being harrassed by my supervisor over petty little things!
She is going for good tomorrow so do I leave it alone and say good riddens or contact HR and tell them and it'll go on her record?
P.S. I am entitled to flexi as it is in my contract!!! And she said she will take it away!

*** I think I will leave it alone as she is GONE for good tomorrow!!! I usually take 1/2 hour lunch because that's enough to eat and relax and talk to people but how dare she talk like that to me yesterday? yes, what comes around, goes around so hopefully it'll happen to her!!! I'm letting it go! Just needed some advice! Thanks for your support =)

I would follow company proceedures of entering a grievance. This should be done immediatley, as you complaint will be filled. Ensure you are clear and precise in your statement, ie what she has said, times and dates.
As your supervisor is leaving tommorow, it is imperative that you file this complaint. As she is you supervisor, she may still go ahead with he threats. At least you will have your back covered.
The outcome could be several ways: Either she does not file any report and there is no loss to you, Or, the company may chose not to follow up your compalint as she is no longer an employee. Alternatively they may follow up your complaint.
All this will depend on HR and their evaluation of your complaint.
If you are a member of the Union, talk to your rep.
Good luck.

If she is "going for good" walk up to her and tell her "good riddance b&tch".
You can inform HR of her shenanigans so they will put in records after she is gone, and she can't mark up your personnel record.
I had a mgr for 5 yrs that like to use threat from the machiavelli school of management. I learned to blow it off.
When he left I informed my director that our department seems much more cohesive with that person.
Don't worry about benefits threats from a short timer. It kind of sounds as if she may have an ax to grind and you are an easy mark to take the hostility out on.
Take your lunch as prescribed and don't worry about it.

I'd write down the list of things that she did to make you feel bullied. Sounds like she is one of those people you scratch your head and ask "how did she get here" being a big bully nobody stood up to her - if it's wrong she has a paper trail -
go for it - she's gone yes, but could make someone else's life miserable very soon!

Let it go. Life to short for this crap. She's gone you won't ever have to deal with her again. Let the people that are going to be working under her worry about it now. Who knows maybe one of them will put her in her place! As they say "what comes around, goes around". She'll get hers. Just think how peaceful your summers going to be now the she's gone. Life's good! P.S. you could trip her on her way out! LOL

If she really is going away altogether then I would say let it go.
If she is moving elsewhere in your outfit then take it up with HR or whoever does that in your firm. She might be taking her pettiness with her elsewhere.
Though we are entitled to be treated with respect and equitably at work we all know it is not always the case.
What really matters is your well being.

This seems like a minor thing to run the risk of you getting a reputation as a complainer.
Vent to us! We all work for or with jerks and we understand.
Let it go bro!
Peace,
Billy!

Go above her and get proper approval. You have done nothing wrong. She needs a kick in the Jacky Danny if you ask me.
