Not debating the causes, as there other historical reasons for Global Warming and Cooling.
I would assume all countries would be affected the same as this considered a Global Problem and not a Local Problem.
Three activites would be;
(1) Electric Plants the run of coal. China may be the big leader on this, I not researched this.
(2) Factories that produce a similar situation to the Electric #1.
(3) Possiably Automobiles, Including Airplanes and Farm Tractors.
Three Natural Activities;
(1) Sun activity.
(2) Earth's Rotation around the sun, distance and tilt.
(3) Volcanic activity.

Oh, wow, Al Gore and several other thousand democrats would cheer for this question right about now. "Global warming is ruining us, coastlines will be flooded and we will all die! Let's start driving hybrids and using solar panels and we will all be safe!"
SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Global warming is one of the dumbest, stupidest, and ridiculous theories out there. Oh no, the temperature is raising. I'm sure our climate has never gone through changes in temperature before, this must be the first time..........NOT!
It's stupid to assume that just because the temperatures have gone up a bit that the Earth is going into a "global warming." Our climate has gone through changes before, it's stupid and ignorant to assume that it is the issue now. And the do you know how much the temperature has raised (According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change)? .6 degrees Celsius OVER THE LAST CENTURY. That is so significant, isn't it? I don't think so either.
And this slight SLIGHT raise in temp isn't our fault at all. Half of the global warming of the last century has happened between 1900 and 1945. If it was our fault, it would have happened more recently, seeing as we have been burning more fuel more recently.
So don't buy into the crap about how global warming will wreck us, it's all a bunch of stupid political garbage.

What is global warming? Do you have an equation or a model of what the Earth's temperature should be as a function of time(I'll take the last 750 million years)?

If sea level rises, Holland will be in serious trouble.
The top 3 things that add CO2 to the air are probably power generation by coal fired power plants, all kinds of transportation (cars, trucks, ships, planes), and I have heard rice farming in flooded paddies generates a lot of greenhouse gasses.

Countries producing large amounts of pollutants like US Europe China India r likely to be affected faster
Transportation largely by cars and planes
Large industries ( like refineries and iron extraction plants)
Concrete
The first two produces a medium to trap heat in Atmosphere and the last one releases large amounts of heat at night which is absorbed during day time.Causing tempratures to rise high at nights and Day.

It is definitely all of our oil burning pollution that is causing global warming. Many things contribute to this, but it is this that is destroying the ozone.

Generally, countries that are near to the coastal area, such as Asia will be badly affected due to the rising of sea level. Small islands will vanish too.

First of all, most of the "global warming" stuff due to carbon monoxide is crap. Here's my list of items that contribute to it:
1) Deforestation
2) Urbanization
3) Increase in solar output

Poor countries in Africa and Asia. They will be hit by drought and coastal flooding. Since they already struggle to feed themselves, this will cause food shortages. Some people will die of starvation. More here:

Burning fossil fuels and releasing carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas.
Releasing methane, another greenhouse gas, mostly from agricultural activities.
Air pollution causing ozone to be formed near the ground where it doesn't belong. The ozone there absorbs sunlight and gets warmer.
