Doctor and everyone else is saying i need to drink more water, but even if i have a bottle infront of me, i hardly get to 3/4 of the bottle! I do love apple juice and grape juice ..but dont they contain too much sugar?
And the other 'tastful' water just tastes like there's a little bit of flavour left at the botto of the bottle..then filled up with water!

What should i do?
I need more liquid/water inside me...

Add strawberries, raspberries, and orange slices to your jug of water and drink from that. It tastes great and doesn't need any sugar. I have the same problem - find water too plain and can usually detect metallic/chlorine taste to it and get grossed out by the bubbles if it stands.

Another trick is to flavor it with some flavored green tea or herbal (mint and anise work best) tea. Again, no sugar in here.

And Perrier... lime flavored version is pretty good (but it becomes expensive very quickly).

I use lemon in my water. I make up a 32oz mug of ice water with lemon and drink it all day long. I try to make myself drink at least 1 and if I can I will drink 2.
I take it with me in the car, to work etc. I find it easier to have it with me to keep myself from buying soda or other sweetened drinks.
I keep a bottle of lemon in the fridge with a pump on it so I can just pump lemon into what ever glass I am using. I am so used to drinking lemon water that now even lemonade tastes too sweet!
It is cheap too a bottle of lemon juice here cost about $1.00 and will last me for 2 weeks.

Water with lemon is really refreshing in the summer. Mint tea is equally wonderful. You can also eat a lot of fruit, especially watermelon, to rehydrate. Bottled juices are definitely full of sugar, you might as well drink jelly. You can drink juice if it's fresh squeezed.

Your palate might be imbalanced towards sweetness, you might have to force yourself to have more sour or bitter foods for a couple weeks, and then things like herbal tea and lemon water will seem perfect, and the standard juices will seem too sweet.

Water is the only source of removing thirst. there is no other thing in the world which can reduce your thirst.
There is no need of drinking water regularly in every 5 minutes but you can drink 1 glass of water in every half an hour. else you can drink juices and shakes but remember they cannot reduce your thirst, you can even add some flavored thing like, roohaphza and other things.
and remember one more thing that if you do not drink much water then it may lead to some major problems or diseases.

Sport drinks should be the answer, stay away from soda's. I actually like water that is real cold, feels so refreshing and stay away from the bottled water with gas.

This is an easy one. Just buy a case of flavored water, it has no calories, all the warehouse stores like Costco sell them. they have flavors mixed in a case like strwberry, grape orange and raspberry. And no sugar. Nestles is one manufacturer.

Crystal Lite has many flavors to choose from and you mix them with water, low in calories. I drink a lot of iced tea with Splenda.

there's nestea, kool-aid and ahh.. forget the name of the other brand.. anyway.. so many singles you can get for bottled water. I get kool-aid ones quite often for my daughter to put in her water every day for school.. but instead of putting two of their packs which it says on box to put in per bottle.. i only use one.. even the single packs for nestea and the other brand.. can just even put half the package in just enough to add little flavouring and not so sweet..
