The Christians reads the bible and intrepet ir according to their understanding and according to what the church and their priest tell Them at Sunday mass and at cathecism classes

Jesus being referred to as son of God can be especially found in John who many Christian scholars and thinkers believe to be from the Alexandrian school of thought.Today they agree the word Begotten is an interpolation a fabrication and has been thrown out of the revised king james version and Substituted as a unique son. What Christians have never
bothered to do is find the real meaning of the word begotten'.
Begotten means to beget, to sire to have children through
the lower function of animal sex .Do they believe that this is
how jesus [pbuh ] was born, what lengths will they go to justify
that jesus [pbuh ] is the son of almighty God.

If you read the bible with your eyes open you will find that the
Bible has sons by the tons ! Israel is called the son of God,
David is called his begotten son and Many of the righteous
prophets are referred to as sons of God .So do we take them
literally to be the sons of God.The bible says that all those
who obey the commandments of God are called sons of God
But most Christians will ignore all the other Sons in the bible
and will insist that jesus [pbuh ] is the only begotten Son Of
God. may God forgive us for this blasphemy .

Jesus [pbuh ] was a mighty messenger of almighty God who
came to Fulfill the law of the Prophets and was sent
as a messenger to the lost sheep pf Israel.. The Bible says so
not me !

The call of Jesus became into no longer interior the previous testomony, however the existence of the Son of God(third part of the Trinity) is obviously seen in Isa 40 8:sixteen. "Come ye close to unto me, pay attention ye this; I even have not spoken in secret from the commencing up; from the time that it became into, there am I; and now our lord god, and his Spirit, hath sent me." As reported above via DaveC, the son of God is seen communing with the believers tossed into the furnace. Dan 3:25.

He never was the "only" son of God, unless you count the first act of creation. That was Jesus. God then used him to create everything else. We are all sons and daughters of God technically. Jesus was the only "begotten" son. That is, the only one personally created by God.

I dont know. Theres a whole lot that I dont know. But since you answered a question for me the other day, not the best, Ive been reading a lot of your dialog back and forth with people. You are good for the people for the exchange of opinion and information. As an adult Ive repeatedly said that I believe in God but I dont like religions. I was baptized a Catholic. But as a child I was forced to go to mass every Sunday at 'Our Lady of Bingo' and listen to the priest celebrate mass in Latin. Oh, I got a lot out of that. They switched to English maybe 45 years ago. And once I was smacked across the face by the parish Monsignor. I was 14 years old. I went home and told my parents and they were afraid to even question him. Now I realize that I was lucky to get a smack and nothing even more gratifying for the priest. I've known Baptists and Mormans. I've got some Jehovas Witnesses in the family. I've heard the stories of the ruling elders. But in your answer to me you said something that fits my idealogy like a glove. Freedom of religion is freedom from religion. Thank you for that. Now I can continue doing my life as I have; with a love and belief in God and without joining a religion that tells me how to act, what to believe, how to pray, and how much of my money they need!

LOL! This question is great...
If you look at the bible, Jesus always called EVERYONE the Son(s) of God...he never made the title exclusive to him.

Well, that also depends on how seriously you take the bible -- I mean which 'Revision' is the REAL one?? None really as most of the bible was thrown out in the early centuries...
Plus, people think the English bible is THE bible -- why dont people attempt to learn Aramaic or Greek? The original language of Jesus and the original language of the bible?? I bet you'd really lift the smoke screen then!

Humpf, I wish people would just actually UNDERSTAND the bible, not just read it. Most of them wouldn't be Christians. The bible made me Muslim!

Anyways, onto John 3:16 -- this is a narration by John, not of Jesus. Jesus never said this, nor did God, but John. John the apostle? Well that is up for debate. I love how Christians will take ONE verse that contradicts the rest of the bible and take that to base their faith on.

READ the bible people, READ and understand.

The Bible is clear the Jesus is the only begotten Son of God.

There are others, us, the angels, but Jesus is the only begotten.

Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

He didn't mean son of God actually. That was his way of saying about many other great Prophets. Later Christians who took Trinity also took these words for real. His teaching were to worship One God. The Father in Heaven.

Why what? where are your scriptures showing us that he wasn't?

When he was born and until he was baptized, he was God's son in the same sense that Adam was. (see Luke 3:38)

Still, in his pre-human existence he was God's only begotten, it just hadn't been recorded by John yet. The hints in the OT in Micah in Proverbs chapter eight and in Isaiah still showed his origin to be from the beginning.

Upon being baptized, God stated from heaven, that Jesus was his son, spiritual son as well as in Adam's sense.

Please read Hebrews chapter 1 for many OT references showing how this was all preexisting and prearranged.

Mark 1:11 1there came a voice out of the heavens: *Thou* art my beloved Son, in thee I have found my delight. (Darby)
