if you are over a size 7 for girl and a guy bigger than a 36 inch waist. this is what i have observed. seriously society 2day is so hung up on weight.

Yes, that could be a good sign lol. But there is also such thing as skinny-fat. This is someone who doesn't appear fat, but is carrying too much body fat for their frame....probably because they have a small build and not a lot of muscle mass. So, you can't always tell just by looking at someone....except when they are clearly carrying a lot of noticeable body fat, as in your example.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! Some people may class someone fat who others wouldn't. It really depends on who's perceiving you.

If you don't think that you're fat, I wouldn't worry about it. Your own opinion is all that matters.

Signs that ur getting fat:
1. ur clothes don't fit u
2. ur BMI is greater than 30
3. u don't exercise
4. u eat too much crap
5. u feel lethargic ALL THE TIME.
6. u have difficulty going up 1 flight of stairs
