Stop doing drugs now and on the day of the drug test drink copious amounts of water and use the bathroom several times before peeing in a cup. That is assuming you're talking about a urine test.

it depends on what they are testing for and what drug you you have in your system. different drugs leave your system at different times. for instance marijhuana has a half life of about 24 hours which means that every 24 hours the amount of it in your system is reduced by half. it dedpends on how much was in a persons system in the first place how long it takes to be gone.

oh boy. make sure you drink lots of water up to and including the day of the test, and check out Niacin (vitamin b2 maybe?) supplements. But don't overdo the Niacin, it will kill you.
