Right. You spilled concrete on the floor and then didn't move for the hours it took for the cement to harden. And the fire department will not help you. OK.

your such a freaking faker. woah you really have nothing better to do than make up stupid fake questions. my step-dad own his own concrete plant andi basically know everything about it. first of all cement is a powder or stone ingrediant added in to make concrete so there is no possible way your foot could have gotten stuck in it. secondly, it takes anywhere from 24-48 hours for concrete to dry. but nice try.

i have an idea- maybe you should pour hot water on? loosen it up a bit? or not.

you've got to be kidding ... no way but to crush the concrete and better do that quickly because concrete gets harder with time
