Moses was Jewish, which means only worshipped G-d.
The Jewish idea of God is that God is One and Indivisible. We cannot divide God up into separate parts, where each part of God is UnEqual to each of the other parts, but somehow they are one and the same. The Hebrew Scriptures describes God as an absolute One, but the Christian's New Testament describes the Christian idea of God as divisible into three parts called a trinity. In the Christian's New Testament, Jesus at one point claims to have different knowledge than other parts of the Christian Trinity. For example, Matthew 24:36 or Mark 13:32. In another verse, Jesus does not have the same power as other parts of the Christian Trinity, for example, Luke 23:34. And in Matthew 26:42, Jesus's will is not the same as the will of the Father. Indeed, Jesus often contrasted himself with the Father, for example, in John 14:28, or Luke 18:19. Furthermore, Jesus supposedly said that the punishment for blaspheming against one part of the Trinity is not the same punishment for blaspheming against another part of the Trinity. In the Hebrew Scriptures, however, God is One, as we read in Deuteronomy 6:4, as well as in Isaiah 44:6, where God tells us, "I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God." When Isaiah tells us that God said, "I am the first," it means that God has no father. When Isaiah tells us that God said, "I am the last," it means that God has no literal son. And when Isaiah tells us that God said, "Besides me there is no God," it means that God does not share being God with any other god, or demi-god, or semi-god, or persons, and there is no trinity.

No. Moses did not worship the trinity. True Christians don't worship the trinity either. The doctrine of the trinity did not become "Christian" until hundreds of years after the death of Christ. If the trinity were Christian, why didn't Jesus spell it out clearly for his disciples so they in turn could teach it to others? But as it is, Jesus said NOTHING about God being triune, and that he was God the Son, the second person of a triune godhead.

To Moses and all of the OT Jews there was no concept of the Trinity. Their foundation is, "God is One". That's why they accused Jesus of blasphemy when He said He was the Son of God and the Messiah. They knew about God’s Spirit in the OT, but saw that as God Himself. Also, they did not see the Messiah as God, but another mortal who would be a great profit of God and deliverer for His people.
It wasn’t until Jesus came and taught the apostles the He was made in the image of the Father, yet He and the Father are one. Also, that after He ascends to the Father, they will send the Spirit to assist them. So, the Trinity is strictly a NT teaching even though it was referenced in the OT. It just wasn’t understood in the OT the way that Jesus explained it.

Just the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob . . . the "Trinity" was a creedal development as the early Church reflected back on Scripture, it's Tradition and experience. Most of trinitarian doctrine comes from John. Although some people cite John as a better authority for "subordinationism" i.e. the Son is NOT equal with the Father.
In 325, the Council of Nicea set out to officially to define the relationship of the Son to the Father, in response to the Arian "heresy"

The answers that Moses did not know Jesus are wrong. All the major Old Testament figures knew Christ. For example, in Genesis 15:4-6, Abraham is visited by the Word of God (Jesus). Linked is an article that describes how other OT figures knew God, including Moses.
Even for those who don't believe in the deity of Jesus or the trinity, the article is interesting and from the Old Testament.

The trinity was not known at the time of Moses because Jesus had not become incarnate in human form at that point in time.

He didn't know the trinity, but had the hope of the redeemer, Jesus.
Ge 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
