Your pain is no where near your spleen but I would get it checked out, especially if you cannot remember pulling a muscle or over stretching.
It could be a referred pain from a more serious problem.

The groin thing could be a hernia. Google it and see if it sounds like your pain.
The body part that is called the spleen, is the spleen.
I am assuming these two questions are unrelated.

The spleen in located in the upper left side of your abdomen, and is responsible for making and storing red blood cells. It has nothing to do with your groin pain though. If the pain continues, you'll need to see a doctor. Don't wait on this.....best of luck to you.

It could be a muscle pain but I suggest you go see your doctor. The spleen is in the upper abdomen just under the ribs im not sure if on the left or right but I think on the left.

You have probably pulled a muscle or tendon in your groin. Your spleen is a little further up and on the other side, so don't worry about that! Go to the doctor and get it checked out please.
