She has the largest clevage in the western world. She doesn't hide it. she sees me look. she is okay with it it seems as she has caught me a few times. I love to go for the family visit just to see her. It's like they are calling me.
I know one day i will get caught out by my wife or brother in law but it is like i am watching myself in a car accident but I make it out alive in the end.
What can I do?

adopted daughter is not the daughter, hence no adopted son in law is like the son. The Holy Prophet was the exemplar and is the role model for hundreds of millions. He was the epitome of piety, good conduct, morality, decency. He outlawed incest and specified the relationships out of bound for marriage. If there is a Hadith describing him to the contrary, that Hadith must have been fake, inserted by a friend of the Satan, Had that not been fake, it would have been allowed in Muslim theology to marry a child of any sex. The theologians knew about this 'so called' Hadith, yet, they did not permit child marriage. They did not permit peeking in the key hole. A constant repetition of such malignant questions, in this forum, are not going to move the followers of the Holy Prophet to venerate him lesser.

I was once faced with a similar situation. When my wife and I visited her family, her elder sister would sit direcltly opposite me and chat me up. She was single. When evryone except my sister in-law and I were out of the room, She would open her legs apart and pull her dress up briefly. I could see "between her". Man...! I used to get a strong erection.
When it became constant, one day while relaxing with my wife at our home I told her.
"Your elder sister does not have manners. She does not sit like a woman. I could se her pant. I got a strong erection.."
My wife was visibly annoyed. She made a few remarks as to how bad her sister was.
Since then it never happened again. No hurt feelings. I think being sisters and a family they talked it out among themsleves.

try to think of your sister-in-law as a your mother or another women you would never think of in that way, i might help. Also keep your wife in mind how much she loves and ha been there, because you must love her or you wouldnt have married her. Also tell your wife you think her sister dresses very provocitly and is attracting negative attenion but only after an outting so you will look like a man who is only worried about how people see her, your wife can take care of it better. And to live with your wife till death do you part try to avoid thi situation but find away to cope or you will loose everything. Good Luck

keep looking. there is no harm in looking as long as you can control your urges to undress her. if not then stay away and pay attention to your own wife. one day you will get caught by either your wife or bro in law and i doubt the 2 of them will be too happy with you. then you will forever be known as that perv who stared at your s-i-l's cleavage

You are playing on dangerous ground. How could you even think of undressing your sister-in law?
You are going to create enemity between your wife and her sister. Dont tolerate such a thought or you will regret having done so for the rest of your life.
Don't do it even if she makes you think it's ok.

I know this is easier said than done but you really have to try and control the urges. Maybe suggest to her or your brother that what she wears is inappropriate and needs to cover up! That it makes everyone uncomfortable. This is a situation you don't want to get involved with. You would be jeopardizing your relationship with your wife, brother and parents. Could you really deal with that? Good luck!

It's ok to look as long as you don't touch or you will end up losing a lot of people you care about - think about what attracted you to your wife in the first place and feel lucky that you have her - what would you do if she wasn't around anymore?

Oh behave! Do you think for a moment she will want her sisters cast off. You may have fun for a while but as sure as eggs is eggs you will pay for it. If you feel that weak cut your visits down and try not to be alone with her.
