Hi People,

i am currently having both very sore legs, the soreness is everywhere.. as i am a athelete i want to cure this fast.. what are the possible ways of getting them off asap?

example : eating more protein to recorver muscle?

My brother is a very keen athelete too, so i know how muscles can be sore....and i know taking painkillers isnt always an option as an athlete. My brother often sits with ice packs (or a bag of frozen peas!) on his legs, and says this is effective. Also warm ups and stretching...as you probably know are very important. If the soreness continues you might want to consider getting an appointment with a physiotherapist, just to make sure there is no underlying injury, which could delay your recovery further.
