I have tried numerous weight loss pills such as NV, Stackers, Xenadrine, Hydroxycut etc... Everytime I take them I get the opposite effect that everyone else gets. I feel like I have the flu. I am weak, tired, nauseated, achy and constantly hungry. It makes me feel horrible to the point I can only walk short distances and I have to sit down. I take a mulitvitamin. What could be the problem? Why am I getting the opposite effect? I thought I would be energized and ready to workout. All I want to do is lay down and sleep. HELP!

For everyone who is critical, I am an ACTIVE member to the gym. I go twice a day, I have reduced my caloric intake. I work hard at the gym with a trainer. I am just trying to get an extra boost to my weight loss. I am not obese and I do take care of myself. I just need to lose 10 lbs to get back to 115 thank you very much.

hydroxycut hardcore seems to work pretty well in most cases. but if the side effects are that bad try taking maybe MHP's Anadrox pills. Or for energy with combined fat burning take RED ZONE pills.

ONLY take the recommended dosage and no more. It will definitely give you an energy boost.

Lots of things going on here. Knowing nothing about you, one can only guess. Here are some thoughts.

First, you could be cutting your calories to much, to suddenly and/or the diet could just be unbalanced. This would explain your weakness and hunger.

Two. You know, in fact, you don't need the pills. The only thing they "may" do is suppress appetite and they aren't so what good are they?

Weight loss methods and pills are a zillion dollar business because most of us are looking for something that can help.
You are not alone. I have been amazed when medical people I work with spend money on diet programs, when their education tells them the best way. Which is just cut down on how much you eat.

This this not possible to do right in a few words. I think you should go on line read and educate your self on proper nutrition and dieting.

A start, is maybe start with a 1500 calorie diet. Find foods you enjoy and fit it into these 1500. Planning is very important. Be careful. You can pick up a so called diet bar with 250 calories or eat a tuna sandwich for the same calories.

Hope this helps

Hi, it seems like you are doing everything right. I know what you mean about needing an extra little boost!

I have had success with a few weight loss programs but one comes to mind (see source box).

You must make sure you are eating and drinking properly or you are going to do much more harm than good!

Take Care

That may be because all that CRAP is bad for you. Get real, do some work! Exerscise, ride a bike, the only liquid you should drink is WATER, cut down on fats, and sweets, and carbs and bulk up on fruit and veggies. THEN you can lose weight, be thinner ANDDDDDDDDDD feel good!

I would say that you have a lot of impurities in the body and need something with more nutrition to help get rid of the impurities.

Here is a video you may want to take a look at www.isamovie.com

I use this product and technic and never felt better

Please feel free to email me or visit http://diamondd.infoseekdirect.com

all you need is a good will to workout . have heard the saying "where there is a will there is a way " so try hard to beat your laziness and triumph with out using pills or any other kind of shortcuts . just clear your thoughts and get ready to work out
