Have you been diagnosed with IBS or any other condition akin to that? There are different types of foods that cause gas and they should be avoided e.g. onions, broccoli, cabbage, green peppers. Stay away from greasy foods. You need to drink lots of water and get lots of exercise. I have also found that Swedish Bitters helps alot. Don't take Metamucil, or Physillum - they could be bulking up your intestine and causing your constipation. Try and get your fiber from the foods you eat..... oat bran cereals and lots of green vegetables.

Eat smaller portions, eat slower and eat more often. Also - reading a book called Food and the Gut Reaction will benefit you tremendously.

See another doctor if you don't get any relief - a gastroentrologist would give you a proper diagnosis.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.ezunderstand.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

One thing that may help is to reduce how much you drink while you are eating. Water dilutes your stomach acids when you are eating, making digestion less effective. It is better to drink 20 minutes before or after you eat.

Sodium retains fluid ... so salty foods may do that: soy sauce, pretzels, dill pickles, just to name a few:)
