I am the boss and have given several very good raises/promotions/recommendations to girls who slept with me. problem is, some were great in bed, but terrible in their new positions

I've considered it - not for a pay rise but because I've fancied the boss! I don't think I ever would have done it though...

No. Bad move. Just because you sleep with this guy doesn't mean you'll get the raise or anything else except a bad rep. What you'll probably get is a pink slip - eventually.
You're better off learning to read stastical reports and spreadsheets.

well i am my boss and i do sleep with myself every night..hmmm but i don't get a payrise...i would never sleep with a boss if i had one..money isn't everything and i would never lay on my back just to get a bit extra....i have self respect plus i am not that desperate to sleep with someone for more money....

It would be a very big decision to make you might get that pa raise but image to what this can lead to. Ever thought of loosing your job, just think about it before making irrational decisions.
