Chest pain is too often attributed to gas.....when it could be more serious. You as for home remedies....but please, severe chest pains are not normal....go to the doctor, if only to get it checked out, and to put your mind at ease. There is a reason that patients with chest pain heve priority over other paitients!

There are several reasons for chest pain, which is often mistaken for a heart attack. In case of a heart attack, you will find pain on pressing Acupressure point No. 36 (on left palm). If there is no pain on that point, there is no cause for worry. Give (thumb finger pressure for 2 minutes ) treatment on the middle of the left arm. After that if till pain is there & as per your symptom it is due to gas : give the pressure for 2 minutes outer of the ankle (above 2 fingers breadth of the ankle ball ). After that there will be no pain at all.
