i also have bad stomach pains every three weeks. I Have had heaps of blood tests and also a colonoscopy but they showed nothing. I also have painful bowel movements and can be on the toilet up to 10 times a day. Please help!!!!!!!!!

Your symptoms sound like Celiac Disease. When they did the colonoscopy did they look for CD? I suggest asking for the blood test. Here are soem links with more info:
CD is an autoimmune disease in which a person cannot digest gluten, a protein in wheat, rye and barley. 1 in 133 ppl have it and is completely treatable with the gltuen free diet (not curable, but treatable).

if the test showed nothing I would go to a different doctor and get a 2nd opinion. that stuff aint natural
