Allergies are a nuisance: try ginger shot. (ginger with honey, with a speck of black pepper: garlic, or, onion may help, too!) avoid strong smells around, even if they are pleasant. mild antihistamines are usually prescribed, to treat sneezing problem. sip warm water, rub heels or soles of feet vigourously, also the finger tips: that helps with some people, for some allergies!

Sure, it's allergies! (I do the same thing.)

Now finding out what you are allergic to, is another story. The best bet is to go to an allergist and get a test for everything. But they don't always have a cure. My sister got many many shots (injections) before hers finally came under enough control that prescribed nose sprays etc would help.

To calm it down, ask your doctor for an antihistamine ... and something for the leukotrienes (i.e., Singulair).

Good luck.

I do, due to allergically to pollen, a symptom that gets to one's nerves, besides it's tiring. Each year more and more people are suffering from this symptom. During the months of May or June (when the pollen is in its' full spell) I use to take in pills, spray for noise and eyes drops which my doctor prescribes me. It really helps to release the discomfort.
